Gunnar Ander
From the 1950’s Gunnar Ander, Swedish designer and architect, renewed the designs for Ystad Metall. An example of this work is his candlestick design in brass and wrought iron. Originally Gunnar Ander was hired by Erik Hovhammar from Lindshammar glassworks to develop the design profile of the company. Ander designed utility glass and art glass and developed 56 new glass colors.
