Art glass sculpture designed by Hanne Dreutler and Arthur Zarnik for Åhus.
Hanne Dreutler (1942-2009) was a German silversmith working in Stockholm. in 1968 she starrted working with glass, and she worked for the Målerås and Flygsfors glassworks until 1971, and then, from 1971 to 1975, for Kosta Boda, where she met her later husband Arthur Zirnsack, they both worked for Vicke Lindstrand.
in 1977 Dreutler and Zirnsack started their own glasswork "Studio Ahus" in Ahus, Sweden, where they continued the traditions of Scandinavian glass art. Lindstrand worked at Ahus after he retired from Kosta Boda.
Hanne Dreutler died in 2009 but Studio Ahus continues, and it is now run by their son Martin Zirnsack and Lennart Nissmark
