Mid century studio Lamp bases made by Ursula Printz (1920-1993) at the studio run by her and her husband Jørgen Mogensen.
Ursula Printz came to Sweden in 1937 and in 1939 shen became an apprentice of Wilhelm Kåge at Gustavsberg. From 1942 Printz was the leading designer of faince painting and she created a number of figurines. In 1951 Printz left Gustavsberg began working at Royal Copenhagen. She left Royal Copenhagen in 1964 to start her own studio together with her husband Jørgen Mogensen.
