A rare and iconic two-piece set of Modernist bowls designed by Aksel Nielsen for his own Aksini Studio in Denmark, circa 1950s.

These pieces showcase a quintessential Mid-Century aesthetic with their striking graphic black and white hand-painted decoration and clean lines. The large bowl is especially unique, featuring a rare, beautifully crafted wicker-wrapped handle, bridging the gap between functional pottery and organic design.
