Per Lütken Holmegaard Safir Art Glass Vases – Set of Three
A magnificent and coordinated set of three (3) modernist art glass vases from the Safir series, designed by the legendary Per Lütken for Holmegaard, Denmark, in 1955.
Known for his mastery of "soft" forms and vivid colors, Lütken served as the artistic director at Holmegaard for over 50 years. This set features the highly desirable "Sapphire" blue color, rendered in three graduated sizes that exemplify the minimalist, sculptural elegance of the Danish Mid-Century period.
Each vase features a heavy, stable base and tapers into a graceful, narrow neck. When displayed together, they create a striking visual rhythm. All three vases are authenticated with the factory mark and the designer's personal monogram.
