A beautiful and hard-to-find pair of modernist "Amethyst" series vases by Per Lütken for Holmegaard, Denmark. Designed in 1955, these thick-walled crystal vases showcase the iconic "Water Drop" organic shape that Lütken perfected during the 1950s.
 
Condition Report: Both pieces are in remarkable vintage condition with high clarity. The large vase has one tiny surface scratch, which does not distract from the beauty of the piece. No chips, cracks, or internal clouding.
Authenticity: Both are fully signed and dated to 1955 on the underside.
