This rare figurine, designed by Holger Christensen (1890–1965) for Danish studio Just Andersen, captures a graceful ballerina inspired by Copenhagen’s Royal Theater. Crafted from distinctive disco metal, this piece is inscribed with "Dryaden 1`AKT" on the plinth, referencing the ballet story by Hans Christian Andersen.
With a limited production run, it dates from the 1940s and is marked with the HC Just triangle D2579 signature, making it an exceptional collectible.
