Helge Christoffersen was educated at the Danish Academy of Fine Arts' art school in the 1940s. He was subsequently employed at Royal Copenhagen, here he worked withUtzon Frank, J.F Willumsen and Jais Nielsen. All some of the most prominent ceramic artists of the time. HC produced many sculptures for Royal Copenhagen, and later at his own workshop and for other studio like L. Hjorth.
