Einar Luterkort Reclining Nude Bowl  Ekeby or The "Reclining Dreamer" Art Deco Bowl (c. 1931)
 
This exquisite bowl is a premier example of Swedish Grace, the refined Scandinavian response to Art Deco. Designed by the acclaimed sculptor Einar Luterkort, the piece features a beautifully stylized nude figure reclining gracefully along the interior rim, resting thoughtfully on her elbow.

Produced during Luterkort’s early years at Ekeby, this piece benefits from the innovative glaze research he conducted alongside the legendary Stig Lindberg.
